With Norton 360 Antivirus, how can i clean up and maintenance my computer and speed it up and all that?
My computer isnt running right, it is slow, it dosent load pages right sometimes it dosent load them at all. what can i do to help? i even have trouble posting this question!!! i have Norton 360

I have never had a computer run right with Norton’s on it.
I do not know why people use it.
Why pay for something that does not work.

After downloading Go to utilities and click on IBot 360.
I do not recommend clicking on Returnil Virtual System.

I had used this Program for years and it has very high rating.
This program also cleans your computer and makes it run better.
Be sure to its Smart Defrag. This is not the same as windows defrag.

I also recommend formatting your computer so that you can kill Norton’s before it gets a big hold on your system.
Norton roots itself in your system and is hard to completely kill.

Cyclone Radio Control Car

There are a lot of radio controlled cars (RCs) available in the market today. Go inside a hobby store and you will see monster trucks, regular cars and SUVs, racer types, and a lot more. Many hobbyists and RC collectors buy their RCs and several enhancements in order to place them in RC competitions, with the hopes of winning, both for the prize money and the pleasure of winning itself. If you are a person who is into RC racing, specifically those dealing with speed, you may want to get yourself a Cyclone radio control car., which is an RC designed and built with speed in mind.

A Cyclone RC comes with all-terrain rubber tires and suspension shocks. What does this mean? This means that aside from being a speed demon on normal roads, you can bring the Cyclone to a dirt road and it will still leave the other RCs behind in a literal “eat my dust” type of race. You can bring it and use it in almost any kind of terrain, whether rocky, dusty, flat, bumpy, etc. The Cyclone RC is truly an RC that collectors must get their hands on. It is a great combination of speed and power.

Perhaps the only problem you will experience with the Cyclone RC is the fact that it gets dusty and dirty when you use it in that kind of terrain and you will spend some time cleaning it afterwards. It is a minor problem compared with the other problems other RCs experience initially (tire trouble, suspension problems, motor problems, etc.). The silver or black color will come out in a different shade when it goes through dirt, but you will be happy to see the amount of dust it kicks up in the air as it picks up speed. Be sure to watch though, since you might ram an unwanted obstruction which could cause damage to the RC.

RC collectors must have the Cyclone included in their collection. It is a highlight of any RC collection due to the fact that it is a high speed vehicle, yet has no equal of its size when in comes to all-terrain function. It is really easy to control too, as there are two speed controls – one low and one high. The low speed control comes in handy when going through rough terrain, and when the road evens out, push the high speed control to see how fast the Cyclone can go.

Gradually increase the speed using your metronome or drum machine. Be patient. This process could take days or even weeks to master the piece of music you are learning. Remember, this is repetition and it could take hundreds or even thousands of times for you to play it perfectly at full speed.

Tip # 2 – Fingering

When playing guitar, fingering is important at any speed. But, it is absolutely crucial when shredding. You can actually get by with sloppy or bizarre fingering when playing slowly. If you attempt to increase the speed of the phrase though playing with that same sloppy fingering, you will definitely encounter problems. You will generally reach your top speed very quickly.

This is when it becomes time to study your fingering choices and make some changes. To truly shred, you have to be efficient with your fingering choices. You will normally have to relearn the phrase or lick using the new changes, because it will change how your subconscious mind views the phrase.

Tip # 3 – Picking Technique

To truly shred, the piece of music you are learning needs to be analyzed for the most effecient way to pick the notes. This can utilize sweep arpeggios, hammers and pulls, alternate picking and several other techniques. The key is effeciency. Minimize the movement of the pick as much as is possible.

Do not flick your pick when trying to shred. Shredding requires a very effecient machine like motion,. When shredding, the emotion is conveyed through the choice of notes, not the way the note is played. It is very different from playing the blues or jazz.

Tip # 4 – Teach the Subconscious

This is a vital part of shredding. You must be able to play a lick, lead or phrase without consciously thinking about the choice of notes. One way to achieve this to distract your conscious mind by watching TV or anything else while repeating the lick with a metronome or drum machine. An even better test is if you can read and comprehend what you’re reading while playing along with a metronome. This will be difficult until you get the lick firmly established in your subconscious. But, the dividends will be well worth it.

Use all of these techniques and see how quickly your ability to shred will improve.

Eczema is a skin disease characterized by inflammation, itching, redness, cracking, dryness, and sometime lesions.

In mild flare ups, eczema is irritating at best and during severe flare ups, it can be both extremely itchy and painful. Complications can arise that are potentially life threatening, so care to prevent and lesson flare up is very important to you. The first thing you can do to care for your eczema and reduce flare up is to learn your own triggers.

Every eczema patient is different, so what may trigger one persons flare up will not necessarily cause yours. Through a little detective work, you can learn your particular triggers so that you may avoid them. These eczema triggers come in a variety of forms. Some of the more common triggers include: allergens, irritants, extreme temperatures, humidity levels, and stress.

Food allergens may be the culprits, so keeping a food/symptom diary is a good idea. Although any food can be a culprit, more common food allergens are milk, sugar, and wheat, keep in mind that almost all of the bread you buy if made with wheat flour. White bread is simply bleached wheat flour.

Allergens may also be any airborne allergens that you are sensitive to, since Atopic Dermatitis patients are usually prone to or have family who is prone to hay fever and/or asthma, allergens play a large part in the eczema patient set of triggers as a general rule.

The most common allergen triggers are pollen, dog dander, cat hair, and dust. With cat hair, it is actually usually the saliva of the cat that people are allergic to, but the cat licks the fur, spreading the proteins in the saliva to the fur, making people think that the fur is the culprit.

Like food allergies, a diary can be kept, listing potential suspect contact and symptom manifestation. It may help you to have an allergy test done, but allergy shots may actually worsen the eczema, rather than help your body become accustomed to the allergies (which is how the shots work in patients who do not have atopic dermatitis).

Allergy testing should be done as a way to determine what things you should avoid. If you determine that allergens are triggering your eczema, you may need to begin a prescription antihistamine.

Irritants include all kinds of man made chemicals. The most common eczema triggers are laundry chemicals with fragrance and/or dyes, soaps, and household cleaning chemicals. Switching to fragrance and dye free laundry agents and mild soap may help. When using household cleaning supplies, wear protective gloves and clean for only short periods at a time.

Latex (or rubber) glove may also be an irritant, so a cotton glove worn under the latex glove may help you. Clothing that scratches skin or holds in excess heat can also be an irritant. Cotton clothing is best for eczema sufferers.

Extreme temperatures affect eczema in different ways. The winter cold is drier than warmer months, so between the cold and the lack of normal humidity levels, your eczema usually gives you more trouble. Moisturizing is very important in this time, since you cannot change environmental conditions.

Humidifiers may or may not help, the subject is controversial. Likewise, extreme heat and humidity affects eczema in its own way, usually by making you perspire, which acts as an irritant. Whether perspiring from outside temperatures or from exercise, bathe as soon as you can and apply a good cream or petroleum jelly based moisturizer to wet skin. Keeping the skin clean and moisturized will help keep irritation from heat to a minimum.

Stress levels are often found to be factors. During times of high stress, patients often report eczema flare ups. Learning to recognize and control your stress level can be considerably helpful with both your eczema and your day to day life. Having a good support network is a number one rule in stress reduction, visiting with a psychologist will benefit you as well.

The counselor will be able to teach you to recognize stress triggers and learn relaxation techniques to help you remain closer to a peaceful state during stress. Often people with severe eczema will be depressed, so your counselor may suggest an anti depressant to help through rough times.

5 Holiday Weight Loss Tips & Their Reality Checks

Do you find it almost impossible to stay conscious and contentious about weight and nutrition during the holidays? Of course you do. More than half of all Americans are overweight: You’re not alone.

A new government study might give you a ray of hope though: The study shows that Americans gain only about one pound over the holidays. The study found that people participating were influenced by two main factors over the holidays: The level of their hunger, and the level of their activity. In other words: Those who reported being less active or more hungry during the holidays had the greatest weight gain.

So common sense says: If you can stay focused on dealing with just those two things, you’ll probably win your personal holiday weight loss battle. At the very least, you’ll win by not adding more weight to what’s already waiting to be shed.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of weight gain,” says Dr. Samuel Klein, the Director of the Center for Human Nutrition at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. “Preventing the increase in weight is a lot easier and better than actually gaining weight and then trying to get it off again.”

So the answer seems simple: Eat less and exercise more. The reality of implementation of course, is far more difficult.

The good news is that most of the people overestimate how much weight they’d gained over the holidays. Fewer than 10% gain 5 pounds or more.

The bad news is: The small amount of weight gained is never lost. One pound of weight gain is quite a small amount, but since it’s not usually lost again: The weight adds up over time – to obesity.

Now we all know there are tons of tips out and about this time of year, designed to help us keep from putting on that extra pound or two during the holidays. Unfortunately what’s usually not talked about is: The reality of day-to-day holiday stress and situations. Let’s explore the tips… along with their reality checks… in depth:

Weight Loss Tip 1: Stay active. The best thing you can do is try to stick to your normal schedule and routine.

Holiday Reality Check: It’s pretty hard to have any kind of decent routine in the busy months of November and December. Busy people tend to sacrafice yoga classes, long walks, and visits to the gym because they need time for extra things like decorating the house, cooking, cleaning up before the visitors get there, and of course: Shopping.

The Good News: Walking around the shopping mall and stores is great exercise, and so is cleaning the house. In addition to those activities, decorating can be quite intensive too: You’re climbing up and down to hang things; lifting, lugging, and dragging boxes out of storage; bending, twisting and turning to get it all looking just right. So don’t beat yourself up about not making it to the gym… you’re getting plenty of activity and every little bit helps!

Weight Loss Tip 2: Don’t let yourself get too hungry. If you go to a party and you’re starving, everything will look even more scrumptious than normal. And of course, you’ll eat much more because of it. Try starting each day with a good, solid breakfast – particularly something with protein. And when you’re at the party, try muching on the veggies to help keep you feeling full. These two things will help your hunger stay under control, and will in turn help you refrain from “gorging” on anything you see just because you’re famished.

Holiday Reality Check: We’re all very busy during the holidays, and it’s not always possible to remember to eat – let alone eat well – particularly in the morning when we may have already overslept and are now running late for everything. And eating healthy at a party isn’t always possible either: Not everyone in this country serves vegetable plates, salads, or fruit bowls. Sometimes the only things in site are junk: Chips, candy, and cookies.

Here’s a suggestion: Try taking your own veggie plate to a party where you know there won’t be one available. A quick and easy way to do this is simply buy a bag or two of pre-cut veggies and some ranch salad dressing. Alternatively, eat a decent meal before you go to the party. Don’t overdo things, but don’t make it a light snack either. Eating first will help you to just “nibble” a bit on the worst of the holiday treats offered.

Weight Loss Tip 3: Stay away from the food. Literally. Just don’t go anywhere near the buffet table, appetizers, or treats… and you’ll be fine.

Holiday Reality Check: In most cases, the food is everywhere. And even if it’s not right in front of your face, you sure can smell it! Trying to just “stay away from it” is pretty unrealistic – and it can feel like torture for some of us. And for most people: When you can’t have something, you want it even more. So trying to stay away from the food will most likely just make you overindulge worse than you would have otherwise.

Try this instead: Allow yourself whatever you’d like. But with a catch. First: Take only half the amount you normally would. And take just one food item. Eat that and enjoy it without guilt. Then, wait a full 20-30 minutes before you get something else. Then repeat the process: One item, half the portion size as you normally would, enjoy it without guilt, then wait before getting something else.

Allowing yourself to eat gets rid of the mentality of “I can’t have it (and thus I’m more determined to have it)” It lets you enjoy the good food and the holidays, without beating yourself up. This is healthy and can help tremendously with the way you view food and eating in general. Only taking half of it though, will help you not take in as much calories, fat, sugar or other bad stuff you usually avoid. And then waiting 20-30 minutes before you get something else will help your body realize when it’s had enough… or too much. So you’re much less likely to overdo things, and feel horrible physically later.

Weight Loss Tip 4: Wear cloths that are slightly tight on you. This should help you feel full faster, and keep you from eating too much food.

Holiday Reality Check: We want to wear looser cloths because we’re looking forward to eating all that great food! Yes, wearing something tight might help us not go back for a second helping of potatoes… or it might ruin a favorite outfit.

In the end, how you approach this tip is up to you, and you alone. Make your decision and be happy with it.

Weight Loss Tip 5: Keep your portions small. Try to load up on salad and vegetables, and take just tiny amounts of anything else.

Holiday Reality Check: Taking just a “bite sized” amount of anything is going to put you into the have-not mental state mentioned earlier. You’ll feel as if you can’t have something, and you’ll want it all the more.

Try the tip noted above instead: Take half the size you normally would. Trying to have just a little bite of pie will whet your appetite for more, but having a whole piece is going a bit overboard – particularly if there’s 5 different pies for you to sample. So try actual sampling instead: Cut a piece half the normal size. This allows you to have a “whole slice”, and more than several little bites. Then wait about 20 minutes before you go and try the next pie. Even if you end up eating a bit of all 5 pies, by having a half-sized slice of each, you’ve drastically cut the amount of calories, carbs and sugars compared to what you would have had with whole slices. And you’ll still feel stuffed and satiated, instead of deprived and resentful.

So there you have it: 5 different, common holiday weight loss and eating tips, followed by the reality check of each, and a suggested compromise that should help you enjoy the holidays to their fullest, without depriving yourself of the great food we all look forward to.

Don’t forget the blender; fill with warm water and washing liquid and whiz a few times; leave to soak overnight.

Look for any spills and stains, particularly down the sides of sofas and on cushions before they get dried and harder to remove. A general rule to follow with regards to stains is that if the stained item is washable, rinse non-greasy stains with warm water and sprinkle talcum powder on greasy stains to absorb.

In the morning, take some aspirin and drink several large glasses of water and relax. Throw open windows to air out your home. Secondly, tackle all glasses, bottles, cartons and cups room by room. Tip all liquids in the half-filled glasses and cups down the sink, and line up next to the sink. Tackle all those pots and pans that have been soaking, scrape and wipe down the oven.

Get several bin bags ready; one for glass, one for food, one for paper. Begin with the rooms furthest away, working towards the kitchen so that trash is centralized to this room and dispose the bin bags when they are full to prevent leaks and odour.

Once the worst of the garbage has been dealt with, finish by dusting and wiping sticky surfaces and vacuuming thoroughly. Again, work towards the kitchen and clean this room last. Now try your favourite air freshener.

6. De-cluttering your house always make it seem so much tidier. A good way to de-clutter is to weed out old clothes from wardrobes.

7. To tackle furniture, beat sofa cushions outside to remove excess dust, vacuum behind cushions, and polish intricate carvings using an old soft toothbrush and furniture polish.
