Energy Enhancement Meditation Opening the Heart, Relationships, Hanbledzoin, Kundalini + Shaktipat.

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Usually first step is to Open the Heart, and on this planet only perhaps 50% of the people have started to think a little about others instead only of themselves.

This means that the other 50% of the people perhaps are entirely selfish so now you can understand all your problems with relationships! Opening the Heart is the First Initiation on the path of Enlightenment and in it the Solar Plexus starts to empower the Heart with its energy. Blockages stopping the flow of Energy include Anger.

Anger is totally removed!

Then Master Relationships. This is the Second Initiation and entails the Second, Abdominal or Relationship chakra starting to power the Throat Chakra, the source of our creativity. And then open the pathway between the Base Chakra and all the Head Chakras. This is commonly called Enlightenment itself. The Crown Chakras purpose is to access the Soul or Higher Self through the Antahkarana or the Energy Connection from the Crown Chakra to the Higher chakras above the head, or The Highest Heart, Prajna Paramita. ENERGIZE!!

Once Relationships have easily been mastered then The Third Initiation, Enlightenment happens in the same Lifetime!

The problems of the World are now so intense that there needs to be a speeding up of evolution to create more evolved and Happy Beings. The problem is that most people are Not Happy!

The problems of the World come from a Lack of Evolution, a Lack of the Opening of the Heart, of Caring, of Sympathy, of wanting to help, Of wanting to reduce the amount of Pain in Humanity. If you have no Heart which is the Case of more than half of Humanity, then Selfishness, Anarchy, War, Revenge, Jealousy, Envy, Torture and Psychopaths will rule! And this has been the case for all the History of this Earth! This speeding up of evolution can only come with a Heart to provide by Right of Being Born, of All Basic Needs to every member of Humanity.

As a Good Family gives its Sons and Daughters Everything for their Evolution. These Basic Needs Are Food, Housing, Money, Education And Meditation Teaching, also Security, And Human Rights.

Meditation will Speed Up all other techniques, Hatha Yoga, working on the health of the body, Pranayama, working on increasing energy and happiness, Dance or Martial arts, for instinctive grace and movement. In Energy Enhancement we start with meditation and move on into The Kundalini Kriyas of the Hindu and Taoist Masters. Then Samyama, working on removing all the problems of: Energy Blockages, Cleaning the Psychic Body, Cleaning the Inner Traumas and Memories, Creating Incredible Relationships.

We need to work first on Meditation and the Grounding of Negative Energies. As Gurdjieff said, “First Mastic. Then Mystic.” Which is the ability to digest all negative energies.

Extra energy comes from outside, from the teachers usually, “Hanbledzoin,” as Gurdjieff said, is the Energy, The Bled, or Blood of the Masters, and is necessary for the integrative process. This is the Buddhafield. This is the origin of Shaktipat. This is the origin of all access to the symptoms of Kundalini Energy.

These specialized energies are available to complete the psychic bodies, to fill them up, to complete them. These energies can only come through properly Authorised Teachers. An Advanced Synthesis of Successful Meditation Techniques is a new Higher Frequency of Energy sent by Ascended Masters and Highly Evolved Devas or Angels to speed up the evolution of this planet.

All Advanced teachers can be judged by all students to have Advanced Meditational Experience after years of Training. It is the first test of the Student to choose the Right Teachers.

Some teachers teach that it is necessary to take energy from other students. They never mention the Opening of the Heart through the Removal of Energy Blockages like Anger and Depression. They Never mention the Purification of the Antahkarana and Connection with the Soul. Energy Vampires only want to steal energy from others and increase Trauma and Pain blockages to do this.

Instead of taking over Twenty years of Meditation, Advanced Techniques allow the process to be speeded up with the Advanced Techniques from a Synthesis of Successful Meditation Techniques taught to all advanced practitioners of Meditation for over 5000 years.

Good Teachers of Meditation must transmit Energies to help the Evolution of their Students. This Uppadesa is sometimes called Shaktipat and can come by word, glance or in Silence.

Good Teachers will always teach Advanced Techniques to Remove Aches and Pains, Negative Emotions and Trauma, Open the Heart, Connect to the Energies of the Higher Self and thus Access Higher Levels of Energy.

As the Ancient Text of the Siva Samhitã, iii, 10-19: says, “Now I shall tell you how easily to attain success in Yoga, by knowing which the Yogis never fail in the practice of Yoga. Only the knowledge imparted by a Competent Teacher through his lips is powerful and useful; otherwise it becomes fruitless, weak and very painful.

Why spend time on techniques which give no results?

As Gautama Buddha Said, “Meditation is for those who believe in the reality of Enlightenment, and understand the Urgency of the Situation.” So, do not hang around. If you believe in Enlightenment, then you need to find the best and most Speedy Way!

Speed Up The Process of Enlightenment with Advanced and Effective Meditation Techniques, a Syntheses of Ancient and successful techniques over 5000 years old.
The roots come from many ancient disciplines available in most Ancient Cultures all over the World, and include -

• Alchemical V.I.T.R.I.O.L, the first Formula of Alchemy, in reality a guided meditation to give you Incredible Energy!!
• Yoga to make you Flexible, Strong and increase the years of your long and happy life.
• Meditation to Access Peace and Clarity within.
• Kundalini Kriyas
• Taoist Meditation Techniques including the Microcosmic and Macrocosmic Orbits.
• Kundalini Tantra and Energy Circulations of Kriya Yoga
• Creating the Antahkarana so you can access the Incredibly Intense Energies of the Soul.
• Soul Infusion and Connecting to the External Energies of the Highest Heart.
• The Grounding and Purification of Negative Energies
• Psychic Purification of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual Bodies.
• The removal of Energy Blockages and implants to Remove all Aches and Pains
• The creation of the Light Body so you can have more Radiance.
• The use of the Ancient Egyptian Technology of the Merkaba.
• Golden Pyramid Psychic Protection to Stop Energy Vampires.

Saving Money On Treadmills – Get the Facts

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

If you’re set to invest in a serious piece of indoor exercise fitness equipment, like a treadmill, then help is here. Treadmills are simple to use, but can be dangerous in the wrong hands or around children. One of the most popular, if not the most popular, pieces of home exercise equipment today is the treadmill.

With treadmills you need to watch out for the impact involved when your feet hit the belt; your body absorbs up to two and a half times your body weight. Check out the amount of horsepower (HP): HP determines how fast and hard the motor will work – the lower the number of the HP, the less the motor will be able to handle. The word treadmill originally designated a type of mill which was operated by a person treading steps of a wheel to grind grain.

The deck is the belt area on which actual running, jogging and walking take place. A heart rate monitor enables a treadmill to automatically adjust the speed and/or the incline to keep your heart rate within the most optimum zone. The more expensive treadmill models will offer a selection of preprogrammed exercise routines.

Display panels should be easy to read and straightforward to operate. A heart rate monitor is a very good, useful feature to look for on a machine. Some excellent features, like heart monitors and safety keys that automatically stop the treadmill if you slip, will contribute to the enjoyment and safety of your treadmill workout or help add motivation.

A pre-programmed workout registers your heart rate without being connected to the treadmill by a cord or wire. Notice that some treadmill heart rate monitors clip onto an ear or, for more accurate readings, strap onto the chest.

Keep in mind that what feels right to you may not accommodate others around you as comfortably. When your equipment is up and running, get the right lubricants and cleaners to take good care of it. You’ll probably want to buy a unit with a motor that delivers 1.5 to 3 continuous, not peak, horsepower.

Be aware the better quality treadmills can cost as much as $5000 and have a lot of bells and whistles you don’t need. To make sure that your treadmill is sturdy and comfortable and doesn’t operate noisily, start it up, step on it and test it out before you buy, if possible. It’s important to set a strict budget and then stick to it.

Your club commercial machine may be may be a good choice in a home version; you’re already familiar with its features and probably are comfortable using it. If you’re planning to use a treadmill purely for walking you’re not likely to need an expensive top-of-the-line machine. Warranties can last for ninety days or a lifetime, read the fine print.

The taller a person is the longer their stride so you’ll need to choose a treadmill with a longer and wider belt. You’ll want a treadmill with an aluminum or high alloy steel frame that’s strong enough to support the heaviest runner who’ll be using it.

The first thing to consider when shopping for a home treadmill is what you need it to do for you. Make sure to add the cost of shipping when buying a treadmill online; quality models can be heavy and shipping will cost more, but some manufacturers do offer free shipping.

As you increase your fitness levels, a quality treadmill will continue to assist your exercise needs as you progress to light jogging or to running. To get even more workouts, think about making your treadmill into a walking, working office by adding a mini-platform to the side rails.

Make sure to see your doctor or naturopathic doctor before you start any new fitness or exercise program. Selections of preprogrammed exercise routines are not essential to obtaining a good workout from a treadmill, but they do help to provide motivation.

And remember, home exercise treadmills are a large investment financially and in your fitness and much thought and preparation should go into the purchase of any new treadmill. Take time to do your research, the same way you would any major purchase and buying a treadmill won’t be difficult. So now you know just what to look for when buying a treadmill.

Ethanol Power From Saab

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Saab is continuing its drive to produce vehicles that runs on cleaner burning fuels. They have already made to the public a 9-5 BioPower which run on E85 fuel which is a combination of 85 percent bio-ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. This is similar to Volvo models which run on the same fuel. This may seem not enough for the car manufacturer since at the forthcoming 2007 Geneva Motor Show; they will be showcasing a 9-5 wagon which is equipped with a 2.0-liter engine that runs on E100 or 100 percent bio-ethanol. The concept car will be shown to the public as a testament of the car maker’s dedication to developing cleaner engines. The use of 100 percent fuel in an engine is a great stride forward in the use of alternative fuels.

In connection with the unveiling of the concept car, GM Powertrain CEO Kjell ac Bergstrom has this to say: “Bio-ethanol is a potent, high quality fuel which opens up exciting possibilities in helping to meet the environmental challenges that face us. As the need to reduce energy consumption increases, we are exploring ways to run smaller engines that give relatively high power, with and without hybrid technology. This concept car shows that ethanol can play a key role in this ‘right-sizing’ process, while also minimizing fossil fuel emissions.”

The Saab 9-5 BioPower 100 concept car’s engine is the first of its kind to run on pure ethanol. The design of the car’s engine components optimizes the capacity of the engine. The 2.0-liter engine can produce as much as 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. That torque is essential for acceleration, given that amount of pulling force; the concept car can be propelled to 60 miles per hour from a standstill in just 6.6 seconds. This acceleration is complemented by a high top speed; thanks to the 300 horsepower that the engine packs. Aside from this, aftermarket parts can be installed to decrease the drag and increase the traction of the wheels on road surfaces. Spoilers can be used to achieve this, just like those Volvos which use a Volvo spoiler to boost performance.

Using 100 percent ethanol or anhydrous ethanol as a fuel is a good alternative to gasoline. This is because ethanol burns cleaner than gasoline, reducing emissions by as much as 85 percent. This is why flexi-fuel vehicles or those that runs on a combination of gasoline and ethanol has cleaner emission than those that runs on gasoline alone. Those engines that use ethanol as fuel, just like the Saab concept car uses looks just like a conventional gasoline engine with just a few modifications. Some of these modifications are done to combat the corrosive nature of ethanol. Some engine components need to be fortified to take on the corrosiveness of this alternative fuel. Another reason why ethanol is a good alternative to gasoline is that it is a renewable source of energy. Ethanol comes from starch or sugar from a wide variety of crops like corn and sugarcane.

The only problem facing the development of ethanol as an alternative fuel is that in its production, fossil fuels are still used. This poses a question if the good effects of using ethanol as fuel for vehicles can upset the emission produced on the production of the said fuel. The concept car also remains to be seen if it is feasible to be mass produced since no filling station has yet to offer 100 percent ethanol. The future of this technology still remains to be seen depending on the way the public will accept it.

Car Insurance 101 For Teenage Drivers And Their Parents

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Things parents can do to help reduce the costs of car insurance for teens:

According to a 2004 study released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), nearly a third of all traffic-related fatalities are represented by teenagers. Further studies have shown that teen drivers are far more likely to commit errors behind the wheel, make poor decisions, and drive at unsafe speeds than any other age group. This is the main reason why car insurance companies attach high premiums to teen policyholders. Their business model is based upon risk management strategies, and teenage drivers clearly represent a significantly higher level of risk.

Fortunately, there are steps that parents can take in order to reduce their teen’s auto insurance rates. Below, you’ll learn 5 ways to control the costs of car insurance for teens while helping to ensure that your teenager also remains safe on the road.

#1 – Watch Their Grades

Auto insurers use profiles to determine the potential risk of underwriting a policy. Good grades usually reflect responsibility and good decision-making skills. As a result, carriers often reward teens – and their parents – with a rate reduction. Each insurance company has varying guidelines regarding discounts on premiums for good grades. Ask your car insurance company about their GPA requirements.

#2 – Encourage Traffic School

Teenage drivers tend to speed, attracting more than their fair share of traffic tickets. Unfortunately, traffic tickets cause their insurance rates to rise. The good news is that their driving record can remain clean if they agree to attend traffic school (if/when the judge offers them the option). However, left to their own devices, a lot of teenagers will avoid spending an entire Saturday in class. Make sure they attend. Not only will it give them the opportunity to reflect on their mistake, but a clean record helps keep premiums manageable.

#3 – Choose A Practical Car

Your 16-year-old son may want a red Corvette, but buying one for him will likely cause his insurance rates to rise. Car insurance companies consider teenagers with sports cars to represent a higher potential risk than otherwise. Opt for a 4-door vehicle that is safe to drive, fuel efficient, and comes equipped with safety features (i.e. airbags). Your teenager’s insurance premiums will be lower.

#4 – Add Them To Your Policy

It’s usually more cost-effective to add your son or daughter to your family car insurance policy than it is to open a new policy for them. If you can have them categorized as a “part-time” driver, you’ll enjoy lower rates. Carriers consider full-time teenage drivers as a higher risk; the premiums will reflect that increased risk.

#5 – Cultivate The Right Attitude

Despite what a lot of parents think, their teenagers often become involved in traffic collisions because of their attitude toward driving, not a lack of skills. Young adults develop a sense of invulnerability. As a result, they often neglect to drive safely. This lack of concern while behind the wheel leads to traffic tickets and accidents.

Ride along with them. Take note of their driving skills, decision-making ability, and attitude. If you can nurture the right perspective in your son or daughter, they’re more likely to drive safely and keep their record clean. And remember, a clean driving record leads to lower car insurance premiums.

Parents, Teenagers, and Premiums

Teenage drivers are at an immediate disadvantage. They’ve already been profiled by auto insurers as a high-risk group and are instantly saddled with higher insurance rates. That said, parents can take a few savvy steps in order to help manage the costs. By encouraging good grades, traffic school (when available), buying a practical car, and adding them to a family policy, they can keep the premiums at a reasonable level. Finally, they should invest time to cultivate the right attitude toward driving. By doing these 5 things, parents can significantly lower their – and their kids’ – auto insurance rates.

Use Your Storage Rental While Waiting on Your House to Sell

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Selling a house can be an extremely stressful process. Dealing with multiple walk through appointments, talking to your real estate agent, and making preparations to move all add to the confusion that is selling a home. One way to cut down on some of the stress is to invest in a storage unit while waiting for your home to sell. Why on earth would anyone want to rent a storage unit while waiting for their house to sell? It will help give them a head a start on their own move in the future while making their house more appealing to potential buyers.

After selling a house many sellers find that they have only 30 days to completely pack, move out of, and clean their old home. This might be doable for some hone owners but many home owners have a hard time especially if they are parents that have many children who are unable to help with the move. Investing in a storage rental unit will help get a head start on all of the chaos.

Before putting your house on the market, or immediately afterwards, invest in a storage rental unit if you do not already have one. If you do have one but it is a small one used for storing a few valuable items talk to your storage rental facility about upgrading to a larger unit. Then clean out your new unit and begin moving your furniture out of your home and into the storage unit. Focus on moving the furniture that you do not immediately need out of the house first. This can include couches, extra beds, desks, televisions, etc. Anything that you and your family do not need to survivor or do not use on a daily basis.

Next, start packing up your belongings that can be spared. This can include everything that is decorating your home that is pretty to look at but not immediately useful. Start packing up pictures, paintings, and other things that are hanging on the walls. This will give you a chance to fix any holes that might cause a problem with potential sellers while giving you a head start on minor repairs that will be necessary. Then start packing up extra clothing. Place all of the clothing in tight plastic containers that have been filled with paper to avoid moving and moth balls to avoid damage. Leave only enough clothes in your house that is necessary to get through work and casual activities. Always remember that you can go to your storage unit at anytime to retrieve anything that you placed inside by accident.

After you have packed everything into boxes or plastic containers that can be packed including clothes, books, and pictures start packing up all extra kitchen appliances. Once you have everything out of the way you can begin giving your home a thorough cleaning. This will help your home sell because visitors will see a nice, spacious, residence that is clean and well cared for. Also you will no longer have to worry about strangers coming through your home while you are gone and being able to go through all of your personal belongings.

Lastly, using your storage unit while you are waiting for your house to sell will make it easier for you and your family to move once your house has sold. As soon as your house has sold and you are able to move you will be able to easily have your remaining furniture moved to your new residence and your home made available to the new owner. This will help avoid an awkward transition between owners where the new owner must wait impatiently for the old owner to completely vacate the premises. By using a storage rental you will be able to quickly move into your new house and then slowly move your items out of storage into your new home. No more scrambling around trying to plan a last minute move from one home to the next.

Another benefit of using your storage rental when you are waiting for your house to sell is that it gives you the opportunity to get rid of junk that you have been holding onto. Many people are pack rats meaning they love to hold onto to things even if they aren’t immediately useful. Packing things up and moving them into storage gives families and individuals two chances to go through their belongings in search of things to throw away. They have one chance when initially packing and moving things to storage and another chance when moving things out of storage into a new home.

Top Five Ways Water Damage Can Harm Your Home

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

When it comes to water damage homes may be more vulnerable you think simply because the area is typically so dry. Unlike other parts of the nation where home owners and city planners expect periodic flooding, water damage due to flooding remains a relatively rare for the area. That sense of complacency is what gets more home owners in trouble than anything else. Consider these facts:

1.      Water damage is one of the most common insurance claims submitted by homeowners.

2.      The average homeowner is more likely to experience a water damage related loss than nearly any other type of major claim including fire.

3.      Residents of areas like Houston or other parts of Texas not prone to routine flooding often fail to carry flood insurance since they think it will never be needed, leaving them with large out of pocket expenses when water damage does occur.

Find out the top five ways water damage takes place in most homes and how to respond when the worst happens:

1.      Broken pipe. From a burst water main to the simple aging of old pipes, many area homes experience water damage due to broken or leaking pipes.

2.      Sewer back-up. This unsanitary water related damage is often a homeowner’s worst nightmare and requires rapid response to eliminate hazardous bacterial contamination.

3.      Flash flooding. Although relatively rare, the dry area surrounding can lead to flash flooding that enters homes and causes massive problems in a matter of hours.

4.      Accidents. Overflowing bathtubs or broken toilets can ruin hardwood floors and carpeting but so can accidental fires where water is used to extinguish the flames.

5.      Long term humidity problems. Basements, indoor pools, aging infrastructure and other issues can lead to long term humidity problems that cause water damage over time. Homeowners may grow so familiar with the problem they don’t realize damage is being done to the home. Everything from mold and mildew to structural support can be impacted by long term humidity.

Whatever the reason behind the water damage, it is critical to have your home professionally cleaned and renovated. Mold and mildew can begin growing in as little as two days after water permeates the home and spores can be spread through the ventilation system of your home. Hard wood flooring, drywall, carpeting and furniture are also likely to be impacted either through direct water exposure or bacteria, mold and mildew spores. Search for a full service company like Kiwi Services that is able to provide 24/7 response and handle all water extraction and home cleaning needs.

Call for water damage Houston and flood damage Houston services.

What Sacrifice will Obama make to speed the clean-up in the Gulf and aid the suffering of citizens there?

Sunday, June 27th, 2010

He’s willing to sacrifice the freedom, the financial independence, a few hundred, thousand jobs, and the moral superiority of the American people. Oh wait, he’s already doing that. I guess he doesn’t feel the need to speed up the clean up.

It’s Broke Hussein Obummer’s friends in the middle east (The ones he bows to, and the ones who are at war with the US) that will have to sacrifice if US oil production increases.

How to speed up web page and torrent downloading time?

Friday, June 25th, 2010

I have wireless Internet and it usually says i have good or very good connection but torrent downloads and websites take a while, ihave defracted the disk and am already using cc cleaner, avira-antivir, spybot s&d, ad aware and malware bytes, should i delete any of these programs? what else can i do to speed downloading up?

First off, a wireless connection is about as poor as you can get when it comes to large downloads. The packet loss between the router and the wireless PC is too high. Secondly, you can only download as fast as your provider allows.

Best way to clean hardwood floors?

Friday, June 25th, 2010

We just put new hardwood floors in our living room. Our house gets really dusty, we have 2 kids and 2 dogs (who shed like crazy). What is the best way to keep them dust free and clean (an everyday type clean). Any products that you recommend?

The Swiffer Wet Jet mop works very well. Make sure to buy the solution for wood flooring. I sweep every other day with a regular broom or Swiffer sweeper and then wet jet mop each week. .
