IMO, it has to be TuneUp Utilities 2009. It is basically all-in-one. Lets you customize your computer, help speed up your pc, make more space for pc, make it start up faster, and loads of more features. Another I like to mention is YourUninstaller which lets you remove programs from the computer. Unlike Control Panel >add/remove programs, this deletes all files that add/remove programs feature won’t remove which will cause your pc to slow down.
