My house normally takes me about 45 minutes if I really set my mind to it and my baby is sleeping. I only let it go about 2 days or so before cleaning again. It does get really messy with a toddler who pulls everything off everything! LOL!
I am pregnant with my 4th child and the oldest is 5yr old. My house is 3,000 square feet. Ugh, where to begin:)
Flylady.com has saved my life. I basically never let one day pass without cleaning. If I do it gets silly by the next day. I always want it to be nice enough that if my mother in law were to walk in I wouldn’t be mortified:)
It takes me about 2hrs to do a good cleaning session which I do once a week but again daily I’m cleaning all floor and surfaces etc. Dishes everyday and laundry everyday – no exceptions:)
Oh and the irobot vac.cleaner is a life saver! Love it!
small apartment but i clean it spotless in 1 hour top to bottom about twice a week

It takes me all day, I have health issues, & can only do small amount at a time, & usually do it every other day, unless for some reason, I get a big mess some how, or if company is coming over. I have a 2 year old grandson so I get the cabinets emptied a lot too! LOL

I have 2 dogs so my cleaning takes a lot longer than 45 mins.. I have to clean every day , mopping the floor . I have a stone floor right through the house so that makes life a bit easier. On a Saturday I spend about 2 and half hours cleaning right through. When I am finished I feel shattered its really hard work but I think there is a lot of satisfaction when you see everything nice and clean.

It is an ongoing effort for us.
We both leave for work at 7 AM and don’t get back most nights until 7 PM.. We clean the dishes / kitchen every night and I try to do laundry about twice a week but sometimes that doesn’t happen.
When the occasion does rise and we actually have a Saturday at home where we can clean, it usually takes about 2-3 hours.. but we clean everything.. vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, do all the laundry, wash the sheets, etc.
But most weeks we spend about an half hour every night trying to keep everything up…

I have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with not that much furniture (just the basic essentials) and it takes me about 30 minutes depending on if I need to mop or not and how many dishes are piled up next to the sink. I do little things every day to keep it tidy like cleaning up clutter and making the bed. But I do the deeper cleaning about once a week.

I don’t do it all in one day. I find it easier to break it into chores that get done on different days.
Dishes get done as needed, as does trash.
Bathrooms get cleaned once a week unless we’ve had a messy week. I can clean both of them in about half an hour, a little longer if I scrub out the shower (that’s hard for me to do just now, and impossible for my husband!).
The rug gets vacuumed once a week unless it gets extra-dirty. Floors get mopped once a week unless someone spills their juice (or someone tracks cat poop in from the lawn, like we did this week! *gaaaag*). The kitchen gets swept as needed, every couple of days.
Dusting gets done once a week, as does a thorough de-cluttering. But every evening before bed I go over the entire downstairs and tidy up every room, so the place looks pretty tidy much of the time.
Other chores get done as the need arises.
If I had to clean the whole house in one go, it would take me a couple of hours. I like to be thorough, and we have a 1600 square foot house…and I need breaks. When I’m not so heavily pregnant I could probably get it all done in an hour or so.
